What Drives Me

My passion for international business is fueled by my desire to be a female business leader in a world that continues to become more interconnected through technology and global commerce.

I have prepared for this world with business studies, math studies, and in-depth language studies in both Spanish and French.

Now I want to attend Georgia Tech's Scheller College of Business to further develop my business acumen and access opportunities for internships and co-ops with Fortune 500 Firms right here in Atlanta.

COLLEGE PROGRAM INTERESTS

Degree/Certificate Programs

Scheller College of Business: International Plan for Business Administration-Strategy and Innovation, CIBER-International Management Certificate

Minor in Global Development, Spanish Language certificate, Chinese language certificate

In order to prepare myself for the corporate world after graduation, I want to pursue an internship opportunity while at Georgia Tech with a Fortune 500 company located just blocks away from Tech's campus.

If I am able to attend this university, I wish to research China Goes Global conference that GT is affiliated with because I hope to embark on my journey of studying Mandarin in school, and to be able to attend this conference with other like-minded Tech students and learn more about the Chinese business society would be an invaluable experience.

Additional College Activity Interests

Goldrush Dance Team, School Ambassador, GT Lorraine Study Abroad program, Greek Life

Being a member of the Goldrush dance team has always been my biggest dance aspiration. In addition to being technically skilled dancers, the Goldrush members serve as ambassadors for GT inside and outside of the classroom, and I would love to have the opportunity to join the Goldrush legacy at Georgia Tech.

Why GT

Having grown up in a household with two proud Georgia Tech graduates, I have been well-exposed to the spirit and culture of GT, characterized by excellence and innovation. Its prime location, settled in the heart of Atlanta, offers unbelievable opportunities to connect with other great minds across the globe, which thrills me, as an aspiring international businesswoman. From dancing on the basketball court alongside the GT Goldrush dance team, to participating a seminar within the Scheller College of Business, or attending every home football game held at Grant Field, I fall more in love with Georgia Tech each time I step onto campus, and I would be beyond proud to attend this university.
