Rehab Progress
We continue to get great new contract deals for materials.
We are now taking every unit down to the studs. We have a lot of attraction for the new units are they aren't completed.

Had a photoshoot for our completed exterior
More demoed units and starting to hang new drywall. Still running all new plumbing water heaters at the same time. New water line from the main was attached and buried. Ceilings are even demoed into the attic. New insulation and all coming in.

Mud, tape & bathroom tile
Drywall is up in two units and mudded and sanded, all prepped for painting. Tiles are up in the bathroom after replacing backer boards. We will have all but 2 units vacant starting December 1st. WE currently have 10 units demoed and ready for these next steps.

Drywall hung
Removing every single nail. We have one team that is our point of contact through the whole project from here on out. Currently we have 10 units down, while the other 8 are still occupied. We are demoing all of them, but only hanging in top units. We will hang in bottom units if the top unit has been demoed already, just to protect our product if something would happen during the demo process.

Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop. Currently we demoed all flooring from every open unit originally 5 now 6. We are also replumbing all units, starting with our vacant ones.
