About Me

I founded Elev8 five years ago as one of the first startups in Atlanta Tech Village, one of the largest high-tech incubators in the US. Before launching Elev8 I recruited for local premier firms, receiving multiple accolades for my success. I love connecting the dots for people and thinking with more of an analytical & intuitive mindset.

My approach is identifying the right fit between candidate & client by doing more than just matching skills. It's about identifying a great work culture fit as well as alignment to someone's personal goals.
