G&S Real Estate LLC invests in small to mid cap, value-add commercial real estate. Our investment thesis centers around properties where we believe we can provide superior risk adjusted returns to our investors, and at the same time improving the surrounding community and tenant experience. Investing in the metro Atlanta area.

478 N Highland - Bought as a stabilized 19 unit property.  Has a 20% cash on cash return after rental raise (no value add)

Vanira Village - Section 8 property bought as a stabilized property. 8% cash on cash return. Future development possible

Formwalt Villlage - Value add full rehab. Building had been boarded up for 15 years.
